No. Movement practices are optional, adaptable, and guided by your comfort. The work may be as subtle as noticing breath, posture, or physical sensation.
Yes. Virtual therapy is available for clients who are physically located in Georgia at the time of the session.
Common areas include anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, grief, relationship strain, and major life transitions. A consultation can help determine whether the practice is a good fit.
Sessions are $200 for 60 minutes. Most major insurance plans, credit cards, self-pay, HSA/FSA funds, flexible payment arrangements, and superbills are accepted or available. Contact the practice to verify your individual benefits.
Renee holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, is a National Certified Counselor, and practices as an Associate Professional Counselor in Georgia.
