Crisis coaching and intervention can help you slow down an overwhelming situation, identify immediate needs, use coping strategies, and connect with appropriate ongoing resources. This is an outpatient, non-emergency service and does not replace 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Therapy is collaborative, and questions are welcome.

During a consultation, you can ask about approach, credentials, scheduling, privacy, in-person care, or virtual sessions. If another kind of support would be more appropriate, referrals may be discussed.
