Movement & Somatic Therapy

Somatic and movement-informed therapy notices how stress, emotion, and protective patterns are experienced in the body. Practices are invitational rather than performative: you remain in choice, and no dance experience or particular level of mobility is required.

A note about fit

Therapy is collaborative, and questions are welcome.

During a consultation, you can ask about approach, credentials, scheduling, privacy, in-person care, or virtual sessions. If another kind of support would be more appropriate, referrals may be discussed.
